We strive for customer satisfaction and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or service credits may apply.
2. Service-Based Nature
Because our services involve time, labor, and materials specific to each client, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of the completed service so we can evaluate and address your concern promptly.
We may offer a partial refund, service credit, or re-performance of service at our discretion, depending on the situation.
3. Prepaid or Recurring Services
If you have prepaid for recurring services (such as weekly or monthly lawn care), you may cancel future appointments at any time.
Refunds for prepaid but unrendered services will be issued minus any applicable fees (e.g., processing or administrative fees).
Any refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Deposits and Estimates
Some larger projects or handyman jobs may require a deposit before work begins.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has started, but exceptions may be made if a cancellation occurs prior to those costs being incurred.
5. Weather and Rescheduling
If weather conditions prevent service from being completed, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
In cases where rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a service credit or refund for the uncompleted portion of the work.
6. Cancellations
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a scheduled service.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover travel or scheduling costs.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment method.
